The Blue Springs School District Parents as Teachers Program, in conjunction with the Early Childhood PTA, are co-sponsoring the annual “Ready, Set, Off to Kindergarten” orientation event.

Where:  Cordill-Mason Elementary School
4001 SW Christiansen Road, Blue Springs, MO

Kindergarten Enrollment 2017-18

Kindergarten enrollment occurs at resident elementary schools:

  • Thursday, February 23rd, from noon to 7:00 p.m., and
  •  Friday, February 24th, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Proof of residency, the child’s state-issued birth certificate and updated immunization records, and a parent photo I.D. (i.e., driver’s license with district address) are required for enrollment. For residency verification purposes, two forms of documentation identifying an address within district boundaries are needed (e.g., driver’s license with district address; current utility bill denoting the occupant’s name and address; lease agreement; construction contract denoting expected home completion date; paycheck stub). All issues related to residency, including waivers, will be referred to the district’s Department of Public Safety.
